wood(sourced from responsibly managed forests) ,
metal, stone, natural fibers which highlight physical and
aesthetic durability.
Vinay Kumar laid the foundation of Basant in Jodhpur.- with a vision to build an eco system that was infused with his family values of hardwork, responsibility and loyalty.
With a keen interest in sustainability, technological innovation and design Gaurav took the reins of Basant in 2002. Today we are exporting to 17+ countries worldwide.
We works towards maintaining balance between ecosystem and economy. 50% of total power consumption is Solar based and water harvesting is encouraged. We maintain highest standards in quality and have SA certification, FSC, UL, CE and 'Vriksh'.
We use various materials like wood, metal, stone, natural fibers, concrete in combination with latest technology and techniques.
We have come a long way from a handful of employees, single factory in Jodhpur to 9,35,000 sqft built up area that houses wood workshops, dedicated testing labs, powder coating area.

For over two decades Basant has been exporting Home decor products to some of the best brands in the world. A part of the vision Mr. Vinay Kumar had for Basant, was to framework a homegrown branch for domestic market. He wanted to get the global trend, design language and same quality to the Indian audience. With this thought Orangetree was born in 2014. We have always believed in striking a delicate balance between creativity and know-how, genius craftsmanship, and hard work.
